May 11 at the Rabbit House
Today was a lot calmer because there were only four or five of us and non visitors. I filled every hutch with hay and may or may not have developed an allergy. At one point, I opened a bottom hutch and turned around to get some hay. I saw some movement out of the corner of my eye and saw the rabbit scampering under the table. I shouted (not too loudly, because bunnies don't like that) "OH NO!!" and started crawling around the floor. They immediately knew what had happened and one of the men (Hank?) said "not again, Osage," so apparently this is a common problem with this particular bunny. Then I vacuumed for a bit, because there wasn't much else to do. Sundays seem to be the slow days. When I was doing my hay distribution rounds, I saw rabbits even larger than Galahad, the rest of the Caseyville babies, and a chinchilla. I have no idea what the chinchilla was doing there.

Well, rabbits, chinchillas - both furry, smallish and cute. That's nice that the organization rescued the chin.
